Currently, our members have several choices when it comes to obtaining listing data for their website property searches.
One, is by requesting a customized IDX Link which can be framed. Leads will then be redirected back to you the website owner. Click here for an example.
A second method is to receive the data directly from NEFMLS via a FTP/RETS feed. Your web designers can then customize the property search and search results to your specifications. There is a $250/year fee for the FTP/RETS feed or a vendor may purchase a site license for $2500 per year.
Flexmls also offers an IDX solution for a fee of $240/year. Click here for more information or you can view a video by logging into flexmls and going to Preferences>IDX Manager.
