Why am I receiving an invoice?

NEFMLS Policy states the fee for Membership is based on the Participant and all licensees under the Participant.  Your broker has chosen to be a member Participant of NEFMLS.  NEFMLS bills annually on a July through June cycle, 2015-2016.  If you are no longer in real estate, please forward a copy of your DBPR confirmation that your license is no longer active to NEFMLS and NEFAR. NEFMLS will then audit the records of your broker in order that NEFMLS, NEFAR and DBPR records match.

When is payment due?

The fee must be paid in full by June 30.  Dues are late after a July 15th postmark at which time a $50 late fee is applied.  After July 31st, individual access may be terminated and payment of the late fee and a $100 reinstatement fee will apply.

Any unresolved membership issues could result in termination of all office service after August 31st.

 How do I view/pay my invoice?

View/pay online at www.RealtyWEB.Net, click on My MLS Account.  When prompted, enter your MLS ID Number and last four of your SSN for authentication.  American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa are accepted.  Checks made payable to NEFMLS may be mailed to:

Over the last 12 months, NEFMLS has added several new enhancements to the FlexMLS system as well as to its mobile products.  New applications like the New Home Communities, MyCondoPlans, RatePlug, FIND Mobile from REALTOR.COM and Showing Time Mobile were all added without increasing costs to our members.

Please avoid the late fee, the inconvenience of terminated service and the reinstatement fee by paying promptly.
