The much anticipated MLS report enhancements are finally here! You will notice some incredible statistics that will allow you to see the value of your membership and the value of registering for the ListHub syndication product. The report includes side by side comparisons of total page views, leads by channel, leads by location of the online consumer and much more!

Property views are now being reported! When your listing appears in the search results on most sites, consumers can click to see a partial detailed view of your listing before they click through and are redirected to the "landing" or "property page".

Performance Rank has been redefined! Previously, property performance and agent performance was ranked based on the number of visits per listing. We believed that the number of inquiries per listing was also relevant to performance. So we wrote an algorithm that takes both these important numbers into consideration! You'll notice that the property perfomance and agent performance reports are also now sorted by performance rank as determined by the new algorithm.
