Updates to Waterfront/Navigable/Possilbe Types of Financing & Community Amenities
On Tuesday, January 26th, the two details currently titled "Waterfront" and "Navigable" will be combined into one detail - "Waterfront Description".  Most of the same selections will be found under this new combined detail with the exception of two, "Skiable" and "Access to Ocean" will be removed.
 
"Access to Ocean" is being removed because it is repetitive in definition with "Navigable (Y/N)".  To avoid any confusion the description of "Navigable (Y/N)" will be changed to Navigable to Ocean (Y/N).  This change will better clarify its definition on your listings.
 
Two more additions to details include adding "USDA" as an option under "Possible Type of Financing"  and "Media Room" under all Community Amenity details. 
 
These changes will not affect your listings.  
 
If you have either "Skiiable" or "Access to Ocean" in a Saved Search, you will want to possibly include the word "skiiable" as a searchable item in remarks and/or include the "Navigable to Ocean(Y/N)"  to accomodate these changes.
